Directions to Universal Orlando Resort
From Orlando International Airport:
1) Take SR-528 West 11 miles to I-4 East
2) Take I-4 East 2 miles to exit 75A
3) Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage or to one of the three (3) resort hotels
From I-4 Eastbound (Disney/Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee):
1) Take I-4 East to exit 75A
2) Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage or to one of the three (3) resort hotels
From I-4 Westbound (Downtown Orlando):
1) Take I-4 West to exit 74B
2) Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage or to one of the three (3) resort hotels
Parking Information
Guests visiting Universal’s Volcano Bay should follow directional signs across the resort to the dedicated Volcano Bay parking section on the first level of the Universal Orlando parking garage. From there, guests will board the complimentary Volcano Bay shuttle to the park's entrance.
The enclosed parking garage features moving sidewalks, escalators, elevators, and on-site wheelchair rental. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket.

Free Parking Options
- Free Regular Parking* for matinee movie showings from 11am – 6pm with purchase of two or more Universal Cinemark matinee tickets. (Regular Parking fee must be paid in full and then will be reimbursed upon presentation of parking receipt. Restrictions apply.)
- Free self-parking is available after midnight on all Halloween Horror Nights event nights. On non-Halloween Horror Nights event nights, free self-parking is available after 6pm. Additional restrictions may apply and are subject to change without notice.
*Regular Parking fee must be paid in full and then will be reimbursed upon presentation of parking receipt (Valet, RV/Bus and Prime Parking excluded), and purchase of two matinee movie tickets and/or redeem their pre-purchased matinee movie tickets to Universal Cinemark at CityWalk. Must produce parking receipt and movie tickets at the Universal Cinemark box office. The theatre ticket purchases must be included within one receipt. Reimbursement is valid only on the date of purchase and redemption of parking fee and movie tickets, and cannot be combined with any other offers and discounts. Reimbursement not valid during separate, specifically ticketed events such as Halloween Horror Nights. Additional restrictions may apply and are subject to change without notice.
