The following is a listing of rental options available to all guests who visit the Universal Orlando™ theme parks.
Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals
Guests can rent strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) upon entrance to Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™, to the left side of each park's entrance. Manual wheelchairs are also available at the Rotunda area of the parking structure. Due to limited numbers, please note that ECV Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be operated by a single person 18 years of age or older.
Strollers and Electronic Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) will not be available for rent at Universal’s Volcano Bay™.
All-Day Locker Rentals
Guests have unlimited access to these lockers during the course of the day. Lockers are available on a firstcome, first-served basis. Please see a park attendant or concierge for assistance. Visit locker location for pricing information.
Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™
Large lockers measuring 12" x 13" x 16.9" are available to rent near the park entrances of Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™. Family-size lockers measuring 12" x 16.25" x 16.9" are available at Universal Studios.
Universal’s Volcano Bay™
Lockers can be found in the Rainforest Village, River Village and Wave Village of Universal’s Volcano Bay™. There are three different locker sizes available: mini, regular, and family.
Single-Time Use Lockers at Attractions
Single-time use lockers are available at the attractions listed below. The standard-sized lockers (14 in x 5.5 in x 16.9 in) for small loose articles are free while you ride. Larger lockers (12 in x 13 in x 16.9 in) for oversized items can be rented for an additional fee. Visit locker location for pricing information. We are not responsible for personal items stored within lockers and we accept cash and credit as well as TapTu Pay at Volcano Bay only. Personal items found in lockers after park operating hours will be sent to lost and found. Lockers are not transferable between parks.
